These terms govern use of Palmetto Markers, a free public guide developed and operated by Matrixeon Solutions, LLC.

Informational service

Marker text, coordinates, status, directions, and related information are provided for general informational and trip-planning purposes. Records may be incomplete, outdated, relocated, damaged, or reported missing. Verify conditions and lawful access before traveling.

Safety and property

Do not stop in a travel lane, trespass, enter restricted property, or rely on the site while driving. Park legally, follow posted signs, and use a passenger or stop safely before operating a device.

Third-party services

Maps, directions, source links, and optional analytics may be supplied by third parties under their own terms. A link does not imply endorsement, and Matrixeon does not control third-party availability or accuracy.

Acceptable use

You may use the public site for lawful personal, educational, and research purposes. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security or access controls, misrepresent the data, or use automated traffic that harms availability.

Intellectual property and public records

The site design, software, compilation, and original presentation are protected by applicable law. Historical-marker text and source records retain their applicable public-record or third-party status. No state agency endorses this site.

No warranty; limitation

The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every record, route, or feature is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Matrixeon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
